It will be greatly appreciated that your initial text or email to me is polite and straightforward. In order to make the booking process as smooth and quick as possible please follow the below steps. -Introduce yourself and your location. -Provide your preferred date, time and duration of our meet. Although i don't usually provide bookings on short notice there might be occasions in which that can be arranged. To ensure we can arrange our meet in a timely manner please contact me using the First Contact steps. I do not respond to messages like "You available now?" and I do not answer calls. Unless on tour i am based on the Gold Coast, so bookings here can be made outside of my tour schedule with enough notice.
All bookings require a deposit. The deposit amount is at least 25% of the booking price.
No booking is confirmed until the deposit has processed and screenshot of the transaction has been sent to me.
However, the booking is not confirmed and can not take place until the funds have cleared into my nominated business account.
Cancellations up until 14 days prior to your scheduled booking are welcome for a refund but are forfeited if you cancel within 14 days of the scheduled booking.
In the rare case I am unable to fulfil a booking, your deposit will be refunded to you in full.
Deposits can be paid into my nominated business account via Direct Deposit
or at a NAB Instant Cash Deposit ATM.
